Phonq: A winter cultural festival in Arnhem

E-mail Print PDF

ponk01ssIn Summer a lot of festivities are being organised every year in Arnhem. Founders of the festival, Robin Aterna and Nathasha Beijer, thougth the time was right to organise a festival in the dark and cold days of winter when nothing really happens. Phonq* will bring together culture lovers to enjoy a cultural mix of dance, art, film, culture and music with a central theme of ‘encounters’.

From 4 to 6 February Loods 008 will be transformed into a terrace where people can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink while a parade brings them in the mood for the performances which take place in the designated areas around the terrace.

Phonq* is for everyone; from grandparents with their grandchildren to students. There is even a special program for children. Phonq* really is for everyone who loves culture and simply wants to go out, seeking warmth and cosiness.
